These Official Rules govern the Loyal Coffee 10-Year Anniversary Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), sponsored by Fish Oil LLC d/b/a Loyal Coffee (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Colorado who:

• are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry;
• physically visit a participating Loyal Coffee café in Colorado Springs, Colorado during the Promotion Period; and
• complete an eligible entry using the designated in-store entry device.

Employees, owners, officers, and directors of Fish Oil LLC d/b/a Loyal Coffee, as well as their immediate family members and members of their households, are not eligible.

For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” means a spouse, parent, child, sibling, or the spouse of any such person.

Vendors and suppliers of Loyal Coffee are not excluded solely because of their business relationship with Sponsor, unless they are directly involved in the administration of the Giveaway, selection of winners, or administration of a particular prize.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins:

Saturday, October 10, 2026 at 6:00 AM Mountain Time

and ends:

Saturday, October 10, 2026 at 7:00 PM Mountain Time

(the “Promotion Period”).

Entries must be successfully submitted before the end of the Promotion Period. Sponsor’s electronic entry records and server timestamp will determine the official time of entry.

4. Participating Locations

Eligible entries may be submitted in person at either of the following Loyal Coffee cafés:

Loyal Coffee — Downtown
408 S. Nevada Ave.
Colorado Springs, CO 80903

Loyal Coffee — Northgate
11550 Ridgeline Dr.
Colorado Springs, CO 80921

No online, mail-in, telephone, proxy, or other remote method of entry is offered.

No purchase, payment, transaction, event attendance, or purchase-related activity is required to enter. An eligible person may visit either participating café solely for the purpose of submitting a free entry.

5. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant must complete the Giveaway entry form using a designated Loyal Coffee in-store entry device.

Entrants will be asked to provide information including:

• name;
• email address;
• telephone number;
• confirmation that the entrant is at least eighteen (18) years old and a legal resident of Colorado; and
• acknowledgment of these Official Rules.

The entrant must submit their own entry and provide accurate information.

Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Giveaway.

Entering at both Loyal Coffee locations does not create an additional eligible entry.

Duplicate entries may be removed or disqualified. Sponsor may use information including name, email address, telephone number, entry timestamp, and entry location to identify duplicate entries.

Automated entries, entries submitted on behalf of another person, and entries obtained through fraudulent or deceptive means are prohibited.

6. Marketing Communications Are Optional

Consent to receive marketing communications from Loyal Coffee is not required to enter or win and does not affect an entrant’s odds of winning.

If an entrant separately chooses to subscribe to Loyal Coffee marketing communications, that choice is independent of their Giveaway entry.

Declining marketing communications will not disadvantage an entrant in any way.

7. Prizes

The Giveaway will include ten (10) categories of prizes.

Prize descriptions, quantities, restrictions, and Approximate Retail Values (“ARVs”) are listed below.

• One (1) winner will receive one (1) $100.00 Loyal Coffee gift card.

Total ARV: $200.00

Gift cards are subject to Loyal Coffee’s ordinary gift-card terms and conditions.

Total Prize Value

Total ARV of all prizes: $1,956.85

No cash alternative is available unless Sponsor elects otherwise. Prizes may not be transferred or substituted by a winner.

If an advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value.

Third-party brand and product names are used solely to identify prizes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the manufacturers or owners of those brands are not sponsors of or affiliated with this Giveaway.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period and the number of each prize available.

If N eligible entries are received:

• the initial odds of winning a prize for which one (1) prize is available are 1 out of N;
• the initial odds of winning a prize category for which two (2) identical prizes are available are 2 out of N;
• the initial odds of winning a prize category for which five (5) identical prizes are available are 5 out of N.

Exact odds cannot be determined until the Promotion Period closes.

Each eligible entry begins with an equal opportunity to be selected. Because a person may win no more than one prize, entrants selected for a prize will be removed from consideration for subsequent prizes.

No individualized “prize notices” are distributed in connection with this Giveaway.

9. Winner Selection

Potential winners will be selected through a computerized random-selection process from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing is expected to occur on or about:

Monday, October 12, 2026.

Before winner selection begins, Sponsor will establish the order in which prizes will be assigned.

The drawing will be conducted without replacement. Once an entrant is selected as a potential winner of a prize, that entrant will be removed from consideration for all remaining prizes.

Limit one (1) prize per person.

Sponsor may maintain records of the drawing process, including the pool of eligible entries, drawing date and time, randomly selected entry identifiers, and prizes assigned.

Selection as a potential winner does not by itself constitute final confirmation that the person has won a prize. Eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules must first be verified.

10. Winner Notification

Sponsor will attempt to contact each potential winner using the email address and/or telephone number provided at entry.

Sponsor expects to make the initial notification attempt within three (3) business days after the drawing.

A potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days after Sponsor’s initial notification attempt.

Sponsor may require reasonable proof of:

• identity;
• age;
• Colorado residency; and
• compliance with these Official Rules.

If a potential winner:

• does not respond within five (5) calendar days;
• cannot be contacted using the information provided;
• cannot establish eligibility;
• provided materially false or inaccurate entry information;
• refuses the prize; or
• otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,

the potential winner will forfeit the prize and will have no further claim to it.

Sponsor may then select an alternate potential winner through the same random-selection process.

11. Prize Claim and Redemption

Sponsor will coordinate prize pickup, delivery, scheduling, or redemption directly with each verified winner.

Physical prizes may require pickup at a Loyal Coffee location unless Sponsor and the winner agree to another arrangement.

Experience-based prizes, including classes and private training, are subject to reasonable scheduling availability.

A winner may not require Sponsor to exchange a prize for cash or another item.

12. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes or other tax obligations resulting from acceptance of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Sponsor may require a winner to provide information or complete documentation reasonably necessary for tax reporting or other legal compliance.

13. Entry Information and Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used by Sponsor to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, award prizes, maintain records, and comply with applicable law.

Entry in the Giveaway does not automatically enroll an entrant in Loyal Coffee marketing communications.

Entrants who separately and affirmatively choose to receive marketing communications may have their contact information added to Sponsor’s marketing systems in accordance with that separate choice.

14. Integrity of the Giveaway

Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who Sponsor reasonably determines has:

• attempted to submit more than one entry;
• interfered with or attempted to manipulate the entry system or drawing;
• used automated or fraudulent means to enter;
• provided materially false information;
• attempted to obtain an unfair advantage; or
• otherwise violated these Official Rules.

If a technical failure, unauthorized intervention, fraud, equipment failure, or other event outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway to the extent reasonably necessary.

If practicable, Sponsor will award the affected prizes from eligible entries received before the disruption using a fair random-selection process.

15. Prize Availability and Warranties

Prizes are awarded as described in these Official Rules, subject to availability and any manufacturer terms or warranties.

Sponsor makes no additional warranty regarding third-party products beyond any warranty that may be provided by the applicable manufacturer.

Sponsor is not responsible for a winner’s misuse of any prize.

16. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Fish Oil LLC d/b/a Loyal Coffee and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising directly from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive liability that cannot legally be waived.

17. General Conditions

Sponsor’s decisions concerning administration of the Giveaway, eligibility, interpretation of these Official Rules, winner selection, and prize fulfillment will be final to the extent permitted by law.

Sponsor will not interpret or apply these Official Rules in a manner that gives an entrant who makes a purchase any advantage over an entrant who does not make a purchase.

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

The Giveaway is subject to applicable federal, Colorado, and local law.

18. Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to the Giveaway will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal court located in or serving El Paso County, Colorado.

Once the Promotion Period begins, Sponsor will not materially change these Official Rules in a manner that disadvantages entrants or changes their odds of winning, except as reasonably necessary in response to circumstances outside Sponsor’s control and as permitted by law.
