Some coffees just taste like a perfect day. Summer Symphony is a carefully balanced blend of two exceptional origins, each chosen for what it uniquely brings to the cup and for how well they play together.
Our Ethiopia Guji Hadeso comes from the Gedeo Zone in southern Ethiopia, one of the most celebrated coffee-growing regions in the world. Processed using the traditional washed method, it delivers the clarity and delicacy this region is known for. Tropical and stonefruits up front, with a floral lift that makes the cup feel bright and alive from the first sip.
The Honduras El Coyote Natural adds an entirely different dimension. Natural-processed and dried whole in the cherry, it brings deep, jammy berry, a syrupy body, and a taffy-like sweetness that anchors the blend and gives it staying power through a long, smooth finish.
The Ethiopian's brightness gives the blend lift and complexity; the Honduras's fruit and body give it warmth and depth. What you get is a cup that moves from floral and lychee on the nose, through fresh blueberry and white peach in the middle, and settles into a clean, sweet finish that lingers just long enough.
Best enjoyed as a pour over or cold brew, though it'll turn heads as an iced latte too.
