This is the second year we have been able to offer this stunning naturally processed Costa Rican Venecia. Hacienda Sonora is a 100 hectare farm of which 25 hectares are dedicated to wild forest reserve, and which produces all of its own electrical power. This coffee is a natural variation of a Caturra varietal that occurred in the Venecia San Carlos region. A careful drying and covering process, followed by a rest period and a final drum drying help to highlight balanced acidity, rich mouthfeel and velvety sweetness. Tasting notes of Strawberry, Honeydew, Vanilla and Almond are present, providing a beautiful, balanced cup.
