The Farm

Grown at up to 2,200 meter above sea level, this acidic and complex coffee is the first we have brought in from Tanzania. Owned  by Maria Gabbeaur and run by her son Herby in the Myeba region. A 24 to 36 hour fermentation and raised drying help to highlight this coffee's acidity and  sweetness, which are displayed as apricot, cherry tomatoes and lime with a rich, heavy body and a clean sparkling finish.
