The Farm

There are so many stunning coffees that come out of Ethiopia, and it’s always exciting to find one that really ‘pops’. This lot from Tero Farms, in the Shakiso area of Guji, is definitely one of those coffees that stood out when we tasted it. Comprised of heirloom varietals and grown at 2000-2200 MASL it exhibits all the best qualities of Ethiopian coffee.   We find that it has a lovely light and playful body, with clean and well-defined flavor notes of Lavender, Strawberry, and Lemon.
