The Story
Spring always sneaks in slowly here. First the thaw, then a little green, then suddenly everything is blooming. We wanted a coffee that felt like that moment.
This blend brings together two fresh crop coffees with natural sweetness and soft florals that highlight what we all love most about Spring.
Seasonal blends are one of our favorite little experiments. We take coffees we already love on their own and see what happens when they work together. Sometimes the result is surprising. Sometimes it just makes perfect sense.
This year, Bloom was created by blending two beloved single producer lots. The deep sweet cherry and tropical fruit from Peru Primitiva Apaza and with the bright citrus, berry, and mixed florals from Sebastian Ramirez’s washed Pink Bourbon. The resulting cup is layered with notes of cherry limeade, hibiscus, and honey.
